Net Net Screener is a stock screening platform that provides tools and data to help investors identify stocks trading below their Net Current Asset Value (NCAV) based on Benjamin Graham's value investing principles. Our service includes:

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

We offer subscription plans with the following pricing:

• Monthly Plan: $10 per month
• Annual Plan: $8 per month (billed annually at $96)

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. We will provide advance notice of any price changes, and changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Net Net Screener AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any investment losses or trading losses
• Service interruptions or data errors
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
